  1. PRESIDENT'S COMMITTEE ON RADIATION HEARS MIND CONTROL SURIVOR'S

  4. A Louisiana social worker and deprogrammer,  Valerie Wolf, M.S.W.
  5. told members of the President's Committee on Radiation about her
  6. experiences with survivors of mind control experimentation and
  7. operations which have spanned  almost 50 years.  A  licensed
  8. sociologist from New Orleans, Wolf offered her testimony and
  9. supporting evidence to the committee in a hearing on March 15th.
  10. Focusing on the 9,000 children who were the targets of radiation
  11. ex- periments conducted by the Atomic Energy Commission and kept
  12. secret under the National Security Act, the precious ten minutes
  13. granted  Ms. Wolf  was a precedent setting digression from the
  14. investigators' agenda .  *For the first time in history officials
  15. heard evidence of the atrocities of mind control  which were
  16. committed along with the radiation "research."*

  18. Ms. Wolf  is among a number of independent  researchers around
  19. the world who have come up with identical cases in which
  20. survivors of radiation treat- ment  describe life-long mind
  21. control abuses at the hands of the U.S. government. While the
  22. radiation "research" was conducted under the direction of the
  23. Atomic Energy Commission, many of the same scientists who were
  24. involved in the CIA's MKULTRA program acted as overseers of the
  25. radiation experiments. Among these scientists were Dr. Martin T.
  26. Orne,  Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, and Dr. L. Wilson Green.

  35.  DALLAS MIND CONTROL CONFERENCE COUNTDOWN

  37. Hotel rooms are rapidly filling for the March 23-26 mind control
  38. symposium, officially titled: CULT AND RITUAL ABUSE, TRAUMA BASED
  39. MIND CONTROL AND DISSOCIATION: A Multidisciplinary dialog and
  40. educational Symposium . The three-day conference will be held in
  41. Richardson, Texas, near Dallas March 23-26. Sponsored by The
  42. Society for the Investigation, Treatment and Prevention of Ritual
  43. and Cult Abuse, this will be the first conference of its kind in
  44. which both government mind control experts and "ritual" abuse (
  45. or trauma abuse) experts are making open exchanges.

  47. Speakers and workshops are tailored for both professionals,
  48. interested laymen and survivors. Among the lineup of speakers are
  49. a number of prominent authors: Dr. Randy Noblitt, author of Cult
  50. and Ritual Abuse, It's history, Anthro- pology and Recent Dis-
  51. covery in Contemporary Ameri- ca; Daniel Ryder, author of
  52. Breaking the Circle of Satanic Ritual Abuse; Gail Carrfeldman,
  53. author of Lessons in Evil, Lessons from the Light; Linda Blood,
  54. author of The New Satanism; and W.H. Bowart, author of Operation
  55. Mind Control. Also speaking will be  Mark Phillips, Dr. Catherine
  56. Gould, author of The Mind Manipulators  and Trance on Trial,
  57. Professor of Law Alan Scheflin, former FBI agent Ted Gunderson.,
  58. and former Nebraska State Senator John Decamp. A number of 
  59. so-called Project Monarch "survivors" will  share  their insights
  60. into  the cryptocracy's programming.

  63. deprogramming the survivors of both cult and government mind
  64. control.
